Formatting script for "Defined list of values" column based

We've defined column CP01 as a "Defined list of values" with:

"1-0" - Val 1
"1-1" - Val 2
...
"2-0" - Val 11
"3-0" - Val 12

How to show only values that ending with "-0"? Using "Formatting script"?
