How to filter out some specific mailboxes from Exchange sync in v7.1.1?

There are some legacy system mailboxes from old Exchange migration and the customer does not want to sync those legacy system mailboxes into v7 environment during Exchange synchronization. How do I setup the filter (scope) to filter out those legacy system mailbox? Thank you for the help!
