Does creating an entry in personwantsorg using restapi creates a request ?

Hello Experts,

we have a requirement to request a service Item via dellone rest api,

To achieve this creating an entry in personwantsorg using restapi is sufficeient or should we need to perform any additional actions.

Creating an entry in PersonWantsOrg is sufficient.

You have to ensure that you set all required properties and that the recipient is allowed to request to service item. But these requirements are not specific to the REST API.
