Recognize if user has AD Account stored on IM on user registration

Is there any way to recognize on the user registration page if the user as an AD account that is stored on Identity Manager.

Example:

User John go on the web portal but he has not any person connected to his AD account. so he it the registration button, and the system check if the AD account of John is presente in his database and prefill/do something with the information it get.

Is it possible?

Thanks

  • You do not intercept it on the web portal but You do the mapping during AD synchronization. You want to have employees created in the moment a new AD account is detected.
If You really would like to create employee accounts only for Users that try to login to the portal I think some customization should be done (custom authenticator (not an easy thing) or a pre-login redirector page that would trigger creation of the employee account)
