Web Portal: An Exception has occurred while executing the form method

Hello Guys, 

I have added and removed some fields for the User Registration form using the Web Designer. 

One of the fields i added was Manager however after compiling and testing, the following error appears when i try to click on the Assign button with no action taking place. 

 

 

 

I changed which fields should be displayed by clicking on the Settings icon

Any advice would be appreciated

    Sorry not sure about this one. Try doing a full compile in Web designer and test with a new browser session. You can also enable sql logging for the Web part to see what's going on under the hood
