Service Item on Custom Web Portal

Hello All,

We have a custom web portal CCC_Web instead of the VI_Standard web. We now want to add a new service item that shows up on the custom web. We created a service item, appropriate shelves, resources etc. However, the issue is that this shows up on VI_Standard_Web but not on CCC_Web. Can you please advise on how to go about this?

A custom web created with the wizard contains nothing more than links to the standard. Maybe a customization is the problem.

I would suggest to check configuration strings.. especially cryteria that defines which product can be seen by user.

I've seen that sometimes default values get lost with customizations and You end up with empty values.
