How to disable the mobile view in web portal

How to disable the mobile view in the web portal, as the mobile view is not coming properly in the mobile browser.

... and when you disable the mobile view, are you really going to use the desktop view on a mobile device?

We have a responsive design, dependent on the screen size, which is quite common.

Instead of disabling I would suggest not to render those pages on a mobile client. You could also customize those pages, so that they suit you. Going with the desktop version seems like the worst solution to that problem.

Hi,

If you need a "proper" native mobile app for Identity Manager, Cyberinc (a One Identity partner) is developing an app for that... with both Android and IOS supported.

Although it provides some common functionality with the web portal, it doesn't need the web portal to be operational in mobile mode, so even if you did disable the mobile views in the portal you would still be able to use the app.

The reason it's not in the app stores is, you need an application server in the One Identity implementation, therefore the app rollout should be through an enterprise deployment. If you would like a demo, or more information, then you can email Chris Patrick (Cyberinc).
