Synchronization mapping with key resolution by reference not working on object inherit created from QBM_DBQueueProcess

Hi.

I'm mapping  DepartmentHasEset table.

I have the code of the department in CustomProperty01 And to get UID_Department to put in the table I use a key resolution by reference as described in the screenshoo below

But for the DepartmetHasEset the system can't resolve the key

I notice that the property XOrigin is "Inherit" and the user inserted and update is QBM_DBQueueProcess

The Department has the CustomProperty set so I don't know why the system can't find it.

Other rows of the same table have as user "Synchronization" why this no?

How can I do?

I can't delete those rows by hand

Thanks Mik

  • I assure you has nothing to do with the user that created the entry, just with the data in the tables. The reason is buried somewhere in your definition of the reference scopes or object filters.

In regards to the question, why are the entries set to inherited I would check the department assignments of the system role at the system role object in the Manager.
