I want to move "New Active directory Distribution Group" service item to a new service category, but Service Category section is not editable find below image for more information

Doesn't look as if you can do that because that one is a predefined service item

Yep, that's correct. Those are pre-defined service items.

If you really want you can try running an update statement directly in ssms or object browser on that accproduct. Be careful though this is not good practice

Changing this using SQL would be a bad move. Next time the system will be migrated to a newer version, this change would be reverted.
