7.1.1 - WebDesigner filter on gridband

Hello Experts,

I have a simple gridband where the user can filter on a particular column. Is it possible to mark all objects which match the filter with a flag? I want to perform an operation but only on the objects which are within the applied filter.

You might try putting a "Checkbox (multi-selection)" in your first column's header or so. (The one where the individual checkboxes are)

FYI - the context here is that I want to give users the ability to select all objects which are in the filtered view. The select all should only mark those objects as IsSelected which are in the filter

Put a Checkbox(multi-select) in the column header of your checkboxes column, like so:

This example is from VI_ITShop_ProductSelection_ReferenceUser, but you get the idea.

I gave this a shot and it partially works - it selects everything shown on the current page of the grid only. In my grid I have 200 items (10 shown per page), using this it only selects the 10 which are on the screen at the time but not other ones. When I filter, I have 50 elements and this method doesn't select the remainig ones.

So close.... :)
