Maintain user list

Are you able to provide more information on what you're trying to accomplish?

- I have a requirement where the list of users is maintained in excel sheet for some purpose and these users will have the application access.

Access to what application?

- Instead of maintaining these user's separately in excel I want to maintain in One IM

Do the users already exist in 1IM? Are they AD accounts? Existing Person records?

All the users are in 1IM, I have just started the implementation. So all the existing users are in one IM database.

Managing users example for DR members

Currently the customer maintain in Excel, they want to maintain in 1IM, where a administrator can maintain in system.

Unfortunately, I still don't understand what you're trying to accomplish here.

Is the requirement to assign permissions to managed systems? Or permissions on file shares perhaps?

Hi Trevor,

My requirement is instead of maintaining the DR members in excel sheet.

Those identities are already in 1IM, so we can create a Dummy DR Role inside 1IM and assign to the members in list, this wont do any provisioning.

But the actual use case is to view the DR members, Re-certification and centralized of data.

Is this is the correct approach ? Thanks
