How to disable a mailbox without emptying extension attributes in AD?

Hello,

I would like to disable the mailbox linked to an identity following deactivation. I have a Exchange 2013 connector, account definition is set so it doesn't remain when the identity is deactivated and mailboxes are deleted immediately following the loss of the account definition (deferred deletion = 0 days).

It appears that when disabling the mailbox, all extension attributes are emptied in the active directory.

Is there a way to avoid this behavior?

Thank you,
