General setting changes for logo's not being applied

We need to change logo's and company url in version 6.1.3 of Identity Manager.

I have gone to General Settings and made the changes there, but when I push out the changes nothing shows up as I would have expected.

I have followed the advice from other articles including modifying the default.aspx and verified that this works. All my previous logo's were in the resource file and worked fine. Not sure what the issue is. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Robin

  • Hi Robin,

I assume you're making the change in web designer, save, compile, and the logo appears successfully.

In that case it's saved to the database. If you preview the web portal in IE you may not see the changes if they have not been published. Are you publishing changes or simply updating from the database?

There is a difference here. If you are publishing the portal the saved changes won't appear until you publish again. The following describes a similar issue: support.oneidentity.com/.../126607.
