Error requesting queue for database

Hi Experts,

I have installed the 6.1.3 version but looks like something went wrong.

The jobs are not running and shows the error listed below:- 

 

Serious: Last process step request failed with error: '[810023] Error during execution of statement: exec vid_JobInitQueue_0 N'\WIN-KGMP66RSQQC', N'1159d9ee-4e97-4cb5-abb6-dbfdd63cb9b7'-->[810143] Database error 50000: detected in (SRV=WIN-KGMP66RSQQC, DB=q1im) Procedure vid_JobInitQueue_0, Line 11-->[810143] Database error 50000: No server found for the queue \WIN-KGMP66RSQQC.'!

What is the work around for this.
