Prevent to create an employee before 30 days

Hi, I would like to prevent managers to create a new user before 30 days of his start day. Shall I configure this in the Entry Date template or directly in the Web Designer ? can you help me how to do it please ?

Template, as this will then be valid, for web portal, manager and object browser. So regardless which tool you use, it'll be the same outcome everywhere.

Ok thanks, So is it possible to return an error if the date is longer than 30 days ? I don't see how to do it.
