Compliance Rule - Exception approval by User's Manager

HI  All, 

I am using OneIM v8 .

I want to set the User's manager as exception approver when rule violation is identified for any user.

I can see that the rule violation record for each user goes to PERSONINNONCOMPLIANCE table along with its exception approver in UID_PersonDecisionMade column. I want this value to be changed to user's manager when any exception is identified.

Any pointers on how this can be achieved or any other way to solve the issue.
