Identity Manager - Shop is extremely slow

Server and SQL resources are enough, but when any client try to "shop" into /IdentityManager/ webpage.. It takes over 10-20 seconds in each selection that I do

Server has not Access to internet.

We are only 2 users at same time.

¿Any idea?

What do you mean by shop?
Do you mean the Web Portal, or do you mean the Fat Client Manager?

Nevertheless, did you identify the long running statements in the SQL logs?

It is on WebPortal....

We have monitorized the SQL server and it answer faster. Problem is that web server don't request anything to SQL until some seconds after web request.. Is like there are a delay/timeout..

Did you change some setting on IIS/Applications pools?

No there is no delay / timeout in the standard.
There are no changes on IIS / Application Pools regarding this.

Maybe it's best to contact support.

Are you on HTTPS? If so, the certificate revocation check might cause the delay.

Hi,
in my case it was due to the not optimised sql select on the AttestationCase table.
What version do you have?
