Sync Custom delete(Like update a column instead of delete) operation is executing only for the last record

Hi Experts,

 

I had a requirement to update the target system instead of delete, so I did write some pattern based code in "define data operations" that custom code is executing only for the last record.   any help is appreciated 

 

i am using dell version 7.1 target system is ms sql server.
