[Webdesigner] pagination of cost centers due to latency

Hi,

I'm encoutring a latency when i want to to select a cost center while creating a new user. The list of cost centers (I have more than 1000 in the database) takes to much time to be displayed (see the screenshot below). So I would like to paginate the display of cost centers or to find a workaround to this issue, and I believe that the pagination (like users displaying when we want to change the manager) would be a good idea.

does anyone have an idea on how to implement that in the webdesigner ?
