UNSB node is dim in Designer, and "Custom Target System" category is not seen in Manager

Dear experts,

I've just newly installed an 1IM server, and is about to configure target system synchronization. However, when I want to create a new target system type in Manager, I couldn't find "Custom Target System", and it also does not appear in the list of "Add or remove category".

I checked the "User Interface --> User Interface Navigation" in Designer, found the UNSB node is dim, and by browsing the node properties, I found it is disabled by preprocessor.

And if I try to operate table UNSRootB in Object Browser to insert an entry, it is also not doable.

May I know what would cause this issue, and how I can enable the UNSB and make it back to Manager view?

  • Hi Paul, thanks for replying. You saved my day!

The parameter is CreateNewRoot, by enabling this the Custom Target System is back to Manager. Thanks so much.

PS: I raised ticket for this question to 1IM support desk, they kept investigating for 3 days. I post the question in the forum and get answered in half an hour...
