Getting started with IT Shop

Does anyone know of any available resources for getting started with IT Shop\Web Designer?  The courses are nearly impossible to get into in a timely manner, if at all.  The documentation would be helpful if you have a good idea where to start, what to look for, and the limitations of the different pieces, but that is missing from the documentation.  Having some of this information up front could save me a lot of time!

    Hi Ellen,

    What training have you already looked into? With Web Designer I would say that any instructor-led courses would be best, given the complexity of the tool.

    There is a link to training on the Support portal, is this what you've looked into already?

    Yes, Trevor, I tried to get into one of the Web Portal Development classes that was actually scheduled near me recently, but after an initial response to my training request, I heard nothing. No response from my follow-up emails, so I think I'm out of luck on the classes.

    Hi Ellen,

    If you know the name of your sales rep I would suggest to contact this person and ask them about training. They could certainly help with getting this arranged.
