Manager and Requester are same

Hi All,

I have a workflow 1st level approver as LM and followed by next step of approvals, while the LM creates a new user the approval needs to skip the 1st level and that is not happening.

Please advice am using version 8.0

Please check your configuration parameters as mentioned in the documentation:

and

Automatic Request Approval https://support.oneidentity.com/technical-documents/identity-manager/8.0/it-shop-administration-guide/33#TOPIC-861442

I assume, that they are not set accordingly for your requirement.
