Adding New user error version 8.0

Hi Experts,

I have a custom form to add an employee, I tested all my scenario's dev environment.

Moved to changes to other environment, but when I try to open the form I get the below error.

Please advice.

Hi Aadvik,
There is not a lot of information here. It would be easier to help if you attached the log.

They are usually here by default:

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\IdentityManager\App_Data\Logs

You might also want to set the logging via web designer config file editor
