Error during provisioning of SAP Parameters

Hello

I have frozen jobs when trying to provision SAP Parameters. Does anyone knows what might be the reason. The error message is below. I am using OIM version 7.1

ErrorMessages = (2018-06-11 08:17:47) [1777018] Error executing synchronization project (SAP R/3 (HRP - 210))'s workflow (Provisioning).
[1777124] Error executing projection step (userHasParameter) of projection configuration (Provisioning (Provisioning)).
[1777219] Error executing synchronization step (userHasParameter)!
[1777239] The mapping rule (User account <-> BNAME) was unable to execute synchronization between system objects ( - ) and (UserHasParameter 71998942-5578-4af0-a17d-57f794dae959) successfully!
[1777160] Property (VRT_UID_SAPUser@SAPUserHasParameter) could not read the value from system object ( - )!
[1777076] Cannot determine the value for the property (UID_SAPUser@SAPUserHasParameter)! The value to convert (74941975-89c6-4c89-8825-5b1516e2fe24) was not found in property (Accnt@SAPUser).
