cc another approver in CM step of attestation workflow

Hello,

We have a requirement to cc another approver when a manager is sent an email for pending request. We are using CM step in the approval workflow. Is there a way to cc another approver from this step? Please advise

You just want to include someone else in CC for the email or should another approver be able to approve as well? If the latter one, delegate the manager role to the person in CC.

Just cc another approver. The cc doesnt need to approve

Then you need to customize the process that sends the emails for pending requests. You should be able to change the process step parameter for the cc calculation.
