Qobqueue is running too long

I have a small problem with jobqueue - it is running very slow.

Does anyone encountered a similar problem. We have a lot of jobs in jobqueue (like 700) and they are processed really slowly. It takes about 30 minutes to change the state to LOADED and then another 30 minutes to change to PROCESSING, and while processing it takes as well a lot of time. By this speed those jobs will last for several days.

Does anyone know what can I check, or what might be the reason of this behaviour?

I am using v OIM 7.1

Knowing nothing about your environment, the first thing I would check for is resource starvation on the Job server. Does it have enough memory, disk i/o, etc?

Hello

I have checked it at the beginning :). The CPU and RAM on jobserver are at about 15% of use and the disk/network interfaces are not loaded at all. Something elese must be the issue.

How many jobs are running on the job service currently?

How is your request interval configured?

What type of jobs are in the queue?

Hello

Currently have 362 jobs in jobqueue (it is taking maybe 10 to 20 per hour):

The most of them are

139 - ADS_ADSACCOUNT_UPDATE/(DE-)ACTIVATE

61- ADS_ADSGROUP_UPDATE

133-CCC_SPML_TRIGGER_PROVISIONING

33- VID_EXECUTE_DIALOGDEFFERREDOPRERATION

Request interval is set to 30 - I think it is the default value.
