Approval policy

Question

Hello, 
 I am part of a support team. 
 We have few products(groups) assigned to out of the box Self Service Approval policy, however we need to assign these products to custom defined Approval policy. 
 Could you please let us know how this can be done ? 
 And where we can check the condition to dynamically assign the products to "Self Service" Approval policy.

Please check the documentation. It explains how to assign approval policies to service items requestable from the shop. 
 The chapter Determining Effective Approval Policies explains how the system determines the effective approval policy. Referencing that I suggest you change the approval policies at the service items for your groups or create a new service category for such special products (groups) and assign your approval policy there.
