While Adding AD group at target for an user,it is being automatically removed by One IDM .

We have situation like ,we have an user in Dell One Idm and which was came to Dell One Idm through  "Synchronization" .Then we have added some AD group to that user from Target  System directly. But It is getting removed by Dell One idm service account automatically.Why this AD group is being removed by Dell One idm.How can I find that.

  • I would check

    a) your synchronization logs  (you do have them configured, aren't you?),

    b) the configuration of your synchronization in general, you may have configured the synch so that additional members should be deleted,

    c) the Job History for a process that has deleted the group explicitly.
