Search for events and send information about them

Hello experts.
There was a need to send notifications regarding events such as, hiring, firing and changing the name, would you be so kind to tell me where to find it and how can I do it?

Every object in OneIM is able to automatically generate default events and in addition, custom events can be fired (by code in any form). The default events are INSERT , UPDATE and DELETE (assignment object generate the events ASSIGN and REMOVE as well).  Your business-related events translate, roughly, to the following technical events: 
 
 Hiring = INSERT 
 Firing = DELETE (or UPDATE and the property IsInActive as been set to 1 during the change) 
 Changing the name = UPDATE and any of the naming properties (FirstName, LastName, ...) have been changed
