In consistent display in Grid

Hi Experts,

When i upload a csv file and display in grid in web designer,i have columns like email user account and groupname.As i upload the file for two to three times there is inconsistent display of groupname ,if found il make it as bluecheck mark else blue delete mark.Email and useraccount display is consistent but having problem with groupname display ,getting blue delete mark after two three times of uploading and some times it shows the right value.Please help with this issue
