Country attribute in ADSAccount table

Hello,

Can you please help to identity how uid_adscountrycode attribute is updated. We have an user whose country was updated as "XX" in Active directory but in manager it was updated as "YY". AD is the master for identity manager. How to get this attribute updated as "XX" in manager.

  • If the ADSAccount has an associated Employee, the country will be updated based on the value of the Employee's country, as per the value calculation for the UID_ADSCountryCode template.

    You should check whether this is the case.  It's likely the Employee has a different country assigned.
