Can you explain in a little more detail in which interface you want to see database activity schedules?
And to be honest, database activity schedules doesn't ring a bell in combination with One Identity Manager. If you would describe what you want to achieve, maybe some community member is able to help you.
Hi ,
Thanks for the reply.
Actually in the designer , left bottom there is a symbol of database , if we click on that icon we will be able to view database activity. there will be three tabs like processing state, pending tasks and journal. In V6 version when we add the below program function to the permission group then the user with that group will be able to open the database activity and view the details. But in V8 even after adding the program function we are not able to view the database activity.
Program function
Common_ShowDBSchedulerInfo - Option to show the dbqueue processor status using the status bar in the user interface.
In version 8 the database queue can be monitored in Job Queue Info tool or in the Operations Web only.
We want to view processing state in designer and we should be able to start dbscheduler. Please refer screen below
sorry not able to paste the screen
You cannot start the DB queue processor in version 8 as it is always running. And as said before, the DB Queue is only visible in Job Queue Info and the Operations Web.
If you are new to version 7 or higher I highly recommend to take a look at our YouTube channel. The is a video series that explains a lot the new features and things that have been changed.
