Report Error

I receive the below error when a user tries to subscribe to any reports (including out-of-the-box) via the web portal.

An exception has occurred while executing the form F0_ctl00_ControlRef8_ControlRef15_ControlRef15_ControlRef8b_Main_Main_RPSControlRef2_GridBand5_gridLoader_R022_Button4_Method.

One or more errors occurred.

Parameters set: Write permission denied for value "Display Name".

Has anyone had this error occur before? Customer is on version 7.1.2.
