Management of entitlements both from itshop and console regardless of how they were assigned

Hi all,

The customer ask me to menage the Entitlement assignment/De-Assignement both from console than on ITShop.

Now, when a Entitlement is assigned by a request from ITShop is not possible to de-assign it from console.

And when a Entitlement is assigned from console, it is not possible to de-assign it from ITShop request.

Do you have some suggestion ?

I am using the version 8.0.1.
