Attestation case is not captured by the system

Hi All,

Good Afternoon !

Currently we are running out of an issue where even if Line Manager approving the attestation for new contractor also its not  being captured by the system for few cases.

This is leading to approval state not being changed from new - certified and also it is resulting in delayed on-boarding.

: ATTESTATION APPROVAL - Policy: 'New Non-Employee certification / Case: 'XYX, ABC(XXXXXXX)' / Created: 2018-10-05 08:48:42 / Decision: Grant.

Can some one guide me how to correct this issue.
