how to set permission for a specified item in IT Shop?

hi Experts,

sorry,Im quite new in this platform.

can you please tell me how to set the permission in IT Shop items? I want only a specified people could see the a item in IT Shop homepage left side:example ,Only HR department could see the Register New User item.

set this in web designer ?or designer?any path or steps guideline?thanks a ton!

Can you provide a screenshot of what you're referring to?

Modifying menus in IT Shop can be complicated, and these tasks are usually of combination of web designer changes and possibly Designer tasks related to permissions.

the highlighted Register New User in above picture,is what I want to set to restricted to a specified person group,any idea? I just check the web designer and designer ,they have so many thing ,I can find whether to configure the web portal's item permission.
