DBqueue stops processing with frozen events

Hello experts,

(Ver 7.1.2)

We are experiencing some issues with the dbque. Whenever an event gets frozen, the dbqueue just stops processing. Any ideas to why this could be happening?

I imagine that the DBQueue tasks have a dependency on the frozen job events. This leads to the associated DBQueue tasks constantly being reset
