Migrating from Oracle to MS-SQL for Identity Manager

Having looked at the latest release notes for V8.0.2, once again the following statement is made:

Oracle Database as database system for the One Identity Manager database (no
longer available as of release One Identity Manager version 8.1)
NOTE: Oracle Data Migrator is provided to help you convert the database
system. You can obtain the tool and a quick guide from the support portal. To
access the Support Portal, go to https://support.oneidentity.com/identitymanager/.

Where is this 'Oracle Data Migrator' ?? 

I've been told this is a professional services only option and not for customers to do. We are also being quoted 20 days work to do this.

This doesn't sound like a conversion script or process to me.

Why is this still in the release notes if it's not available or possible?

Can someone please clarify this situation 100%.

    The purpose of the Oracle Data Migrator is the transfer of data from a OneIM installation on Oracle into a fresh OneIM installation on MSSQL.
    Migrating a OneIM installation from one database management system into another requires additional steps. Like reviewing and translating custom specific where clauses, views, packages, procedures, functions, ... or any custom specific configuration or code with possible database management system dependencies.

    The purpose of my post is to question where this migrator tool is as it keeps being referenced to in the release notes as available from the support site. This is clearly not the case.... As a customer who needs to migrate this is wearing a little thin... we have a lot of experience now with the product and a not some newcomer who doesn't know what they are doing. Currently feeling aggrieved about this as another avenue to sell us professional services.
