SAP Roles in IT SHOP do not assign.

Hello.

I add a new product in IT Shop (SAP Role) and try to assign to employee with SAP account.

When Request is granted. In IT Shop product change to "Assigned" status. But Employee still do not have this SAP Role.

I thought, that some process should be run in JobQueueInfo, but I see nothing. This is normal? In Designer I didn't found any process related with Sap and Roles.

For test I manually assign my SAP Role and check in SAP and that was okey, SAP Role was added correctly.

Check that the flag IsGroupAccount is set at the SAPUser.

If I understand you correct, you mean I should add It operating data mapping in SAP Account definition?

SAPUser - IsGroupAccount - Primary department - true

Am I right?

If you want to set the flag for every managed account, you are correct.

I just wanted to point out, that the reason why the SAP role membership didn't show up may be the missing IsGroupAccount.

Hey Markus thanks a lot. But now, I got another problem. When I try to remove assignment from SAP Role. Sap role still assign on person.

So you are saying, that you removed the role from the SAP User but it is still assigned to the person?
