How to check avaialable License in One Identity Manager

We need to check the total number of licenses alocated in One identity Manager. We already check in License meter but does not have the information

    what version of Identity Manager? Was the report empty or populated? It will only be populated if you have the staging level set to production system within Designer. From my understanding only Managed Persons are counted for licensing.
