Can we manage Windows Server and SharePoint oZNline usaing same data Governance Edition Installation?

I have installed and configured Data Governance Edition 8.0 and using this i can govern Windows server.Please confirm if same Data Governance configuration can be used to manage the ShareointOnline (cloud)?
