SNOW module creating incident instead on service ticket

We are working on SNOW integration to log ticket for every request initiated from IT Shop. It seems default behavior of connector is to create incident for every request. Is it possible to create "Service Request" instead of "Incident" using OOB connector?

  • From what I understand that is not possible. Feature request number 98053 was created for the possibility of adding this feature in a future version. Currently, the implementation only supports incident creation at this time from my understanding.
