Sync editor trouble when connecting to SAP HCM

Hello

When I create a sync. project to SAP I have a trouble with connection test.

[SAP.Middleware.Connector.RfcInvalidStateException] metadata for function /VIAENET/MANDANTENLISTE not available: FU_NOT_FOUND: Function module /VIAENET/MANDANTENLISTE does not exist

Help please.

Please check the administration guide for connecting to SAP. https://support.oneidentity.com/technical-documents/identity-manager/8.0/administration-guide-for-connecting-to-sap-r3

You probably haven't installed the OneIM BAPI into your SAP system.

Markus hello. Thank you for answer.

Now I have another problem: Access to /VIAENET/ denied. When I try connect to SAP.

I think it is connected with the fact that the user for sync is not provided with the necessary roles in SAP?

Did you read https://support.oneidentity.com/de-de/technical-documents/identity-manager/8.0/administration-guide-for-connecting-to-sap-r3/2#TOPIC-859729 and configured the sync user accordingly?

I read it. But I don't have access to SAP. I was not provided with it. And I'm trying to troubleshoot remotely. Can't tweak to make on the SAP side.

I thought it had something to do with it. But colleagues from SAP said that the account added rights.

You must provide a user account with the following authorizations for full synchronization of SAP R/3 objects with the supplied One Identity Manager default configuration.

Required authorization objects and their meanings:

S_RFC (authorization check by RFC access) with activity 16 at least for function groups ZVI, /VIAENET/ZVI0, /VIAENET/ZVI_L, /VIAENET/Z_HR, SU_USER, SYST, SDTX, RFC1, RFC_METADATA, SDIFRUNTIME, SYSU
