Job Server is not shown in JobQueueInfo

Hi,

I was trying to deploy a server in my VM and I've ran into an issue.

I've followed the Installation guide steps and was able to setup the Database and the initial Installation. I've also installed and configured a Job Server.

However, I don't see the job server in the jobqueueinfo when I tried to verify the installation. I do see it in the Job Servers editor in designer.

The installation went smoothly without any errors.

Any pointers?

    Hello,

    Is the service actually running?  In your reply to George you're seeing, “Critical Error Starting the service failed. Fix either the configuration or the environment and retry.”

    So it appears the service is not starting due to a configuration issue.  Is the configuration correct?

    Hi Trevor,

    Thanks for the comment. I appreciate your support.

    I had a look at services installed on the server and the services are running.

    Please let me know what else should I look at.
