Issue with Schedules in Designer

When the job is manually triggered from “Object Browser” we are able to receive the files

But if the job is manually triggered from “Designer -> Schedules” then no job is getting triggered.

is there any reason for this behaviour

We are using One Identity Manager Version 8.

Hi Amala,

I would suggest to contact Support. Perhaps there are uncompiled changes? Are all schedules not starting or only some? Are they custom?

Are you not seeing the task start up in the DBQueue - Start schedules?
