Error: "You are not authorized to use this database"

When trying to access Manager tool i am receiving an error:

"You are not authorized to use this database"

Authentication Module used: (Active Directory user account (manual input/role based)

I have referred below article and verified all details but still receiving same error.

Active Directory Authentication Failed (111978)

Kindly suggest.

    We are using One IM 8.0.

    Actually, the user was "Permanently Disabled" due to some reasons and now we have re-enabled the user in One IM.

    We have verified the user has active ADS account and has all BirthRightRoles.

  • Does it work for different AD users?

    If so, I would check:

    • Person.Isinactive = 0 AND Person.IsTemporaryDeactivated = 0
    • For the AD user where the login failed ADSAccount.UID_Person points to the correct person
    • ADSAccount.IsMarkedForDeletion is not "Marked for Delete" or "Not found in target system"
    • In AD: Check that the AD User is not locked out or account disabled or that the password is expired. A simple way to check, try to log into something else (not OneIM) using the AD user.
