V802 add bnew modules

We currently have V802 installed and running in staging environment with SCN module. We are now trying to upgrade the installation by including more Cloud modules. However, when we run the configWizard, we are seeing the error below

[810143] Database error 2705: Column names in each table must be unique. Column name 'ServiceNowSystemID' in table PersonWantsOrg' is specified more than once.

There is only one column in the table with this name. Please advise how we can get this going
