Impact while Opening WebUI Portal

As I am facing an issue while my opening webUI portal. It is taking more time to open due to one custom process called CommonProcessShrink.

What are all out of the box tables, procedures get hit while opening a initial webUI page of tool opens? Is that some kind of dependency while opening page?

    Problem statement :In V6 version, On webUI system has one session table which capture user logging details on every session but before actually entering records in session table it make an entry to dialogProcess table. During daily dbscheduler maintenance jobs(specially CommonShrinkProcess Jobs takes more time as DialogProcess has approx. 20 million records ) which last more than 8 hours. System wait  to make an entry into dialogProcess during this time so which eventually delay making entry into session table in turn WebUI respose is very slow and impacting business users.

    Is there a way to completely turn off the nightly maintenance job move from daily to weekend temporarily ?

    Also Is there any mechanism where in one shot we can move data from main database to History database especially from DialogProcess table?
