Forum For a domain which have n managed hosts, do we need to have sync with all managed host servers to get the details of user and groups on that managed host(windows server)

For a domain which have n managed hosts, do we need to have sync with all managed host servers to get the details of user and groups on that managed host(windows server)

We have a domain in which 5 hosts are there and we are able to manage 2 hosts out of them.The resources of these 2 hosts are put under governance. in order to provide access to user n groups do i need to first sync the user and groups with the managed host(window server) so that read/write access to resource can be granted?
