Addition of new attribute to ITShop request

Hi,

Currently we are using 7.1.2 Version.

Please suggest how can we add new attribute on ITSHop Request

Currently users are able to see the following attributes after submitting a request in Portal.

Product, Recipient, Requester, Processing Status, Request date, Valid From, Valid Until.

We would like to add "Recipient's Email" here.

I am grateful for any help.
